Participation Terms and Conditions
1.    Promoter: NOOR Oil
2.    Participation is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates. 
3.    By participating herein, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4.    Entry and Registration instructions for participation are specified on  (“Site”).
5.    Once participant enters the Site, he/she will need to:
•    Confirm they are 18 years or older.
•    Accept the Activation Terms & Conditions
•    Enter personal email address & contact number 
•    Accept the Site Terms & Conditions
6.    Upon sign up, a participant will be given a bonus of 2 points.
7.    A participant may collect points by scanning instore receipts containing their NOOR Oil purchase in-stores.
8.    Points assigned are as follows:
•    2 points - Promo pack (2x1.5L) + 750ml 
•    2 points – Promo pack (2X1.5L)
•    2 points – 2.7L or 3L 
•    3 points – 1.5L
•    1 point – 750 ml 
9.    Participants are limited to collecting 5 points per receipt / day. A participant may only scan one receipt per 24 hours (i.e. 24 hours following latest scan). Receipts older than 14 days will not be valid for points collection. Only official receipts issued by Carrefour will accepted.
10.    Noor Product without the promotional offer are also available in all retail outlets. 
11.    The Promotional offer is valid from June to September 2023
12.    To claim and redeem your reward, a participant will have to complete their profile on the Site by providing their Name, Date of Birth and confirming their email address.
13.    All vouchers are valid for a limited period of time as communicated to the participant via the Site.
14.    Vouchers will be made available to the participant through their dashboard on the Site.
15.    Upon joining the campaign, a user will receive 2 points. Additionally, with every purchase of a NOOR Oil product, each consumer will receive a certain number of points as detailed in section 8. 
Upon each purchase of either of the aforementioned NOOR Oil products, each consumer will receive a Scratch & Win card, where everybody is a winner. Through the scratch & win card, consumers can either win a golden bracelet, or receive the points from the purchase. Each time a consumer collects a total of 20 points throughout the campaign, the consumer will receive a 50 AED Gift Voucher. 
16.    Participants are responsible for redeeming their vouchers by following the instructions specified on the Site.
17.    Promoter shall not be held liable under any circumstances in the event that participants are unable or fail to redeem a voucher for any reason whatsoever.
18.    The voucher to be provided is as is and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The vouchers are not transferable to any person.
19.    Promoter is not responsible for the contents of the vouchers. All vouchers contain terms and conditions which have been established by the voucher owner to govern their use and redemption. Promoter is only a promoter of the Activation and shall not be held liable in connection with such terms
20.    Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate voucher details provided to Promoter by any third party connected with the Activation.
21.    Any images of the Rewards shown in the pack are depictive, can vary and not actual.  
22.    Promoter will not accept any responsibility or be held liable for any downtime or errors on the Site or vouchers not received or Points not recorded or registered on the Site for whatever reason (whether due to a technical fault, hardware or software malfunction, network or server failure, website malfunction or otherwise).
23.    Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Activation at any time for any reason. Promoter also reserves the right to ban or suspend participants at its sole discretion
24.    Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions; such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site.
25.    Participation in the promotional offer implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of offer mentioned herein.
26.    Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter Group, distributors, wholesalers, retailers or any third party directly associated with administration of the Activation are excluded from participation.
27.    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of redeeming the voucher except where it is caused by the gross negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
28.    PERSONAL DATA SUPPLIED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS ACTIVATION ON THE SITE MAY BE PASSED ON TO COMPANIES WITHIN THE PROMOTER GROUP AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
•    COMMUNICATING WITH YOU IN RELATION TO THIS ACTIVATION;
•    FULFILMENT/DELIVERY/ARRANGEMENT OF THE VOUCHER OR ANY PRIZES AND THE MEDIA ANNOUCEMENT OF THE WINNERS;
•    SENDING YOU MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISMENTS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WHICH MAY BE OF INTEREST TO YOU. YOU MAY UNSUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVING ANY SUCH ADVERTISEMENTS AT ANY TIME, FREE OF CHARGE, BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THESE ADVERTISEMENTS.
•    WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHERS.
29.    The Activation and these terms and conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dubai courts.
